​Founded by twin sisters Briana and Krista, Swift Haven Interiors is a boutique, family-owned home staging and interior design studio built on trust, collaboration, and a shared love of creating beautiful, meaningful spaces.

Our approach is rooted in both artistry and intention. For home staging, we pair thoughtful design with an understanding of buyer psychology and real estate marketing to create spaces that photograph beautifully, connect emotionally, and help each home stand out in the market. For our interior design clients, we focus on creating homes that feel warm, collected, functional, and deeply personal to the people who live in them.

Before founding Swift Haven Interiors, we spent 14 years in the luxury wedding and event industry, developing a strong foundation in visual storytelling, spatial design, color, scale, and the art of creating an experience through thoughtful details. For the past three years, we’ve brought that experience into the world of interiors, specializing in home staging and residential design.

 

As a small, locally based team, we intentionally take on a limited number of projects so we can remain closely involved in each one. Whether we’re preparing a property for market or helping a client reimagine the home they plan to stay in, our goal is to make the process feel collaborative, elevated, and genuinely supported.

With professional training and certifications from the New York Institute of Art and Design and the Home Staging Resource, we bring both a trained eye and a thoughtful, strategic perspective to every project. Our staging work has helped homes throughout Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, and beyond make a memorable market debut and sell successfully — while our interior design work allows us to help clients create spaces they’re excited to come home to.
